Join the movement shaping the future of STEAMM in the Northern Territory. Get involved to increase diversity and gender equality in innovation and STEAMM through the retention, attraction and elevation of women.
Founded by the NT Government and now operating as a community-led network, WINNT’s focus is on creating meaningful spaces where women in innovation can connect, collaborate, and thrive – whether they’re early in their career, founding a startup, working in industry, or just starting to explore what’s possible.
We’re not a formal membership organisation (yet). Our first year is about building momentum through inclusive events, strategic partnerships, and public visibility.
From coffee catch-ups to curated panels and flagship experiences, WINNT is about connection before structure.
It’s about creating the ecosystem women want to be part of.
We welcome women and girls from a broad range of disciplines with a shared vision for a more inclusive, connected innovation landscape for women and girls.
Our annual calendar includes monthly First Light and Residual Heat networking events (sponsored by Charles Darwin University), quarterly lunch & learn panels, and large-scale signature events all open to the public and designed to support women in STEAMM fields, startups, and the wider Territory innovation ecosystem.
We invite guest speakers, collaborators, and partners from all stages and sectors: whether you’re a founder, researcher, creative, policy maker, educator or student.
Have a topic suggestion or want to be considered as a guest speaker?
We’d love to hear from you, please email connect@winnt.com.au.
